Tonight I sat outside just after the sun dropped just below the horizon. It was getting dark and the mountain was silhouetted against the fading sky. And I laughed. Not because anything was funny, but because my breath was taken away, in that moment I was happy, anchored, grounded. A smile wasn't enough, it burst off my face into laughter and thought to myself how grateful I am to live in a place where I can hear the birds chirp and have the mountain to look to when I'm lost, and it anchors me. Tonight I challenge you to fall asleep thinking of all the things you're grateful for, as you drift off to sleep and when you wake up, you'll be smiling.

That's all for tonight. Goodnight x
