But when the sheet

falls across the sky


I can no longer

recognise the

things which I so

easily could.


All that was

familiar,

is no longer.


And I sit there

now with goose bumps

on my legs

staring into the

now nothingness.


The coat over

the land

that once beckoned,

now pushes me back

into the safety of home.
